Your analogy, proves that a cashier, or their computer, can screw up and double-scan the item you WANTED. In this instance, when Coz rings up the item the customer SPECIFICALLY asked for, he rang up an entirely different item. He did not ring up an SZ 4-bolt, or an SZ 3" 4-bolt, this was an entirely different SKU from an entirely different manufacturer. So in your example, you would have to go to Loews, ask for an expensive, quality Dremel brand rotary, and instead receive the inexpensive, crappy Kobalt brand rotary. (Which Loews would theoretically get a bigger profit from) See how that works? To be honest, I've only dealt with Coz a few times, and he's been good to me each, I'm just saying that something like this is not right.
